I was delighted with the hotel's location, offering easy access to the downtown area and a store nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean with lovely mountain views, but the curtains to separate clients were a unique touch. The exceptional TV was a treat, and the bath facilities were top-notch. The service was satisfactory, and although not exceptional, the room service and housekeeping were reliable. The hotel's dining options, including some fruit choices and baked chocolate cakes, added to the pleasant experience. The facilities were well-maintained and added convenience to my stay. In terms of value for money, the price was reasonable for what was provided.
The hotel is perfectly situated in El Nido near the town center, offering comfortable rooms, but the service could be more exceptional. Though the dining options are limited, the facilities are pleasant and well-maintained.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the location was perfect. However, the dining experience could be improved with more breakfast options. Overall, a great hotel with some room for enhancement.
